You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that happens under it. Accounts are for your personal use only. Tell us immediately at admin@smooteaacademy.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You may buy without registering first; when you do, we create an account using the name and email you give us and send a secure link to set a password, which expires in seven days.
Buying a class gives you a personal, non-exclusive and NON-TRANSFERABLE licence to access that class through one account. You are PROHIBITED from sharing your account, giving access to others, downloading content without written permission, copying, republishing, or reselling any part of the content.
All content on this site — including recipes, videos, worksheets, images, text and design — is owned by Smootea Empire Sdn Bhd or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may use what you learn in your own business, but you may not redistribute or sell the material itself.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and the price shown is the final price. Payments are processed through the CHIP payment gateway. We do NOT charge Sales and Service Tax (SST) because we are not SST-registered. Class access is granted once the gateway confirms your payment.

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no interference with other users, no uploading of unlawful or harmful content, and no use that breaches any applicable Malaysian law. The affiliate programme has its own rules: commission is calculated at each class's rate at the time of sale, held until the refund window closes, and self-referrals do not qualify.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, particularly account sharing or redistributing content. If that happens, no refund is given for classes already accessed. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that using the recipes or business tips will produce any particular commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the class in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at smooteaacademy.com/terma, and the date it was last updated is shown at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
